About me/us
I was born in Nanaimo, BC, on Vancouver Island to Diana Mary (Mary) and Ernest Reginald (Reg) Briginshaw. I have three sisters, Susan, Anne and Teri. My grandfather was William Harold Briginshaw, son of Joseph James B. and Emily Frances (nee Knight) who moved from England to Australia with my grandfather's siblings. My grandfather came to Canada instead and married Mabel Rose Hellier and settled on Vancouver Island, raising four children: my father and his three sisters. I have one daughter, Krista Megan, who is married with two sons.

Interests/Occupation
Semi-retired. Love to spend time in my garden and out on our boat and travelling.

My Relations
It has been wonderful to connect with distant relatives we never knew we had, thanks to the contributions of many Briginshaws through this website. I've had the good fortune to meet in person cousins from South Africa and Australia and have been able to put many pieces of our family tree together. I am related to the following descendents of Isaac Jeffries Briginshaw & Elizabeth from Taplow, England. Isaac died in Tewkesbury, England:
